- Cloves ..... Slightly chew 2 cloves so that its juice gets into your stomach and cures acidity
- Jaggery ...... Take a small lump and keep it inside your mouth so that it melts
- Raita ......... Adding raita in your diet with ingredients like cucumber and coriander will help avoid acidity and also aids in digestion
- Butter milk ..... mixed with a half teaspoon of black pepper powder
- Chew Mint leaves ..... after every meal to keep acidity and indigestion away
- Cumin seeds .... roast them slightly and coarse grind them inorder to mix it in water and drink
- Milk ...... After any spicy meal drink a glass of milk to avoid acidity
- Ginger ....... Chew a small piece of ginger
