Rice Fritters

Ingredients:
- Rice batter - 1 cup
- Urad dal batter (ulundu maavu in tamil) - 1 cup
- Green chilies
- Jeera / Cumin seeds
- Chili powder / black pepper powder
- Salt
- Coriander leaves

Steps:

* Mix all ingredients together and form nice batter for fritters
* Heat oil in a kadai and add the batter in small quantity
* Cook in medium flame and ensure it cooked well and crispy before taking it out
* Place it in a hot box covered with tissue papers to soak excess oil

Serve with any chutney / curd / sambar / any leftover gravy / sauce
