Ingredients:
Carrot - 2
Cabbage - small piece of 2 inchs
Soya chunks (soaked)
Moringa leaves - handful
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Green chilies
Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, Garam masala and salt
Steps:

Steps:
- In a food processor chop onion, tomato, green chilies and moringa leaves
- Keep that aside and again it the food processor add carrot and cabbage and chop into small pieces
- Heat oil in kadai, temper with mustard and cumin seeds
- Add chopped onion and tomato ingredients along with ginger garlic paste
- Add all masalas, mix well and then add the carrot - cabbage chops
- Mix well and let it cook for 5 mins
- Check and add water to cook along with soya chunks
- Cook till done and serve with roti
Its a very nutritious meal with the benefits of Carrot as well as Moringa along with Soya which is rich in proteins....
