Carrot With Soya sabji

Ingredients:

Carrot - 2

Cabbage - small piece of 2 inchs
Soya chunks (soaked)
Moringa leaves - handful
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Green chilies
Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, Garam masala and salt
Steps:
  1. In a food processor chop onion, tomato, green chilies and moringa leaves
  2. Keep that aside and again it the food processor add carrot and cabbage and chop into small pieces
  3. Heat oil in kadai, temper with mustard and cumin seeds
  4. Add chopped onion and tomato ingredients along with ginger garlic paste
  5. Add all masalas, mix well and then add the carrot - cabbage chops
  6. Mix well and let it cook for 5 mins
  7. Check and add water to cook along with soya chunks
  8. Cook till done and serve with roti
Its a very nutritious meal with the benefits of Carrot as well as Moringa along with Soya which is rich in proteins....
