Besan Chilla

This is one of the quick breakfast recipes in Maharastra. 

Ingredients:
Besan (Kadalai maavu in tamil and Gram flour in English) - 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour / atta - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup (optional)
Onion - 1
Green chilies - 2
Coriander leaves
Curd - 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder and salt
Steps:
* Chop the onions, chili and coriander leaves and add to the mixing bowl along with all flours and rest of the ingredients
* Add little water and form batter of consistency enough to prepare chillas (pancakes)
* Heat non stick tawa and add this batter to make chillas. 
Tips: cook in medium flame to avoid burning and also cover the tawa to steam cook the upper side of chilla and later turn it upside down to make it little crispy.
