Aloo Methi Mattar

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Green peas (fresh / dry peas soaked overnight)
Methi leaves
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Garlic - 3
Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, Garam masala and salt

Steps:
- Heat oil, temper with mustard and cumin seeds
- Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger garlic paste
- Add tomato and all the masala - mix well
- Add chopped potatoes, green peas and saute well for few mins
- Then add the washed methi leaves and cook it covered with a plate (add about half glass of water on the covering plate)
- Cook for 10 - 15 mins
- Check the sabji and add water from the covering plate if required and allow it to cook well

Serve with roti/chapati or also as side dish with rice.
