
* Milk - 1/4 litre
* Sevai (Vermicelli)
* Sugar - 1 cup
* Dry fruits ( Cashew nuts, Almonds, Dry Grapes, etc)
* Ghee to roast
* Your favorite fruit like Banana, Strawberry, Pineapple, Apple, etc (Optional)
Steps:
- Heat a pan, add ghee to it.
- Roast the dry fruits in ghee, remove them and keep aside
- Add the Sevai to the remaining ghee in the pan and roast it well.
- Boil milk in a vessel and add the roasted sevai in it.
- Let it cook well in low flame with sugar
- Once the sevai is cooked add the roasted dry fruits, mix well and when it reaches the consistency turn the burner off.
This dish can be served hot as well as cold.
I like it as cold so let it cool and then keep it in fridge after adding your choice of fruit if you like (completely optional again)
