Raw mango Salad / Raita

I made this Salad in my food processor....

I added all the veggies together to chop in the processor. I used the following vegetables which I had at home:

Cucumber - 1
Onion / Spring onion - 1 / 3
Tomato - 1
Capsicum - 1/4
Cabbage - 2 inch piece
Raw mango (Kaccha aam) - 1

- Wash and clean all the vegetables, peel the skin of mango, cucumber and onion....
- Cut into big chunks and add into the processor bowl
- Chop it into required size (since it was first time for it i actually had it run a little longer and it was chopped into very small pieces.

Serve:
* SALAD:     Add salt and chili powder along with a tablespoon full of olive oil....  (or)
* RAITA:     Add salt, chili powder, cumin powder, chat masala and mix it with yogurt to make a kind of raita which goes well with Briyani, Pulao, Masale bath, etc.,
