Cluster Beans Sabji

This is called Kothavarangai in Tamil and Gawar in Marati. It is one of our favorite sabji and yesterday I tried it in a different way which turned out really tasty with chapati.

Ingredients:

Cluster Beans - 1/4 kg
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger- garlic paste
Mustard and Cumin seeds
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Coriander powder
Kala ghoda masala
Salt

Steps:
- Wash the beans and chop it
- Also chop the onion and tomato
- Heat oil in a Kadai and add Mustard and Cumin seeds
- When it splitters add chopped Onion and Tomato along with Ginger- garlic paste and mix well
- Add all the masalas and mix well
- Now add the beans, mix well again and let it cook by covering it with a lid. Keep the flame low. (if possible cover it with a plate and add water on the plate, which will not burn the vegetable inside)
- After 5 mins stir it and add the same water from the lid to the sabji, in needed quantity.
- Cover again and let it cook well.
- Turn it off and Serve after mixing it with chopped coriander leaves.
