Wheat flour Pancake / Dosa

This is a very simple breakfast / snack recipe.....

If you are really hungry and want to prepare something very fast and simple, you can anytime go for this pancake or dosa along with any side dish like pickle, curd, idly powder with oil or any kind of chutney or gravy.

Ingredients:

- Wheat flour / atta - 2 cups
- Add a pinch of Jeera and salt.
- Water (add little by little to the flour while mixing... until it reaches its consistency and to avoid it becoming too watery)

Steps:

* In a hot non stick tawa, add a ladle full of the batter and spread it to form dosa shape
* Keep it thin to make cripsy dosas
* Add oil along the edges and once cooked one side turn it over to cook the other side as well....

Pancakes are ready to eat..... I love it with curd or chutney.
