My favorite breakfast of all times.......
Ingredients:
Eggs - 2 beaten
Onions / Spring onion - (finely chopped)
Tomato - half (finely chopped)
coriander leaves (finely chopped)
green chillies (very finely chopped) (or)
Red Chilli flakes
Oregano (optional)
Pepper powder
Salt
(I use to save the chilli flakes and Oregano from Pizza delivery)
Steps:
* Add the chopped veggies into the beaten egg along with salt and pepper powder.
* Heat non stick tawa, add few drops of oil in the centre and add half of the egg and veg mix.
* Spread it to round shape and add chilli flakes and oregano from the top. (I also use idly powder or curry leaves powder on the omlete instead of oregano).
* Cook in medium flame.
* Once a side is done, turn over the omlete and cook the other side as well.
* when both sides are done, remove it from the tawa and serve with Bread or Pav.
