Ingredients:

Onion - 1 chopped
Spring onions - chopped
Ginger garlic paste
Capsicum - chopped into long pieces
Green chillies
Green peas
Cabbage - grated into fine long pieces
Carrot - grated or finely chopped into long pieces
Salt, chilli powder, black pepper powder
Vinegar
Soya Sauce
Green chilli Sauce
Steps:
* Heat oil and add onion, half of spring onions, ginger garlic paste, capsicum, green chillies, green peas and mix well
* add vegetables - cabbage, carrot, salt, chilli powder and let it cook well.
* Once half cooked add green chilli sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar.
* Mix well and add black pepper powder.
* Add cooked rice and mix.
* Garnish with leftover spring onion leaves.
