Cauliflower Peas Pulao

Ingredients: 
Chopped Onion Chopped Tomato
Chopped Cauliflower
Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
Garam masala
Chilli Powder
Turmeric powder

Boiled Rice/ Basmati rice
Spices

(Put Cauliflower and peas in hot water for 10min before use)

Method:

1. 
Fry mustard in heated oil with chopped onion.

2. 
When it becomes golden brown, add spices, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and fry.

3. 
Add Cauliflower, peas, salt, garam masala, pinch of turmeric powder 
n fry for a while.

Then add boiled rice and mix well.

5. Cook for 2 minutes  and garnish with coriander leaves.
