* Soak channa dal (1/4 cup)
* Unskin the pumpkin and cube them
* Heat 2 tablespoon full of ghee in cooker
* Add chopped onion, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, hing, cumin seeds, turmeric power, chilli powder and salt
* Stir well and add the cubed pumpkin pieces and dal.
* After few mins add water and pressure cook for 7 minutes till the dal is cooked well.
* Add chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with hot puris! It tastes awesome.
