Crunchy Potato with coconut

1. Peel the skin of 3 potatoes, cube them and boil them till half done.
2. Once done, cool it and then half mash the potatoes.
3. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, green chilli, kaju (cashew nuts), curry leaves, mashed potatoes, salt, coconut scrapes (grated coconut)
4. Fry them well for few mins

Its done! Simple and tasty...
