Oats Kheer

Ingredients:

!. Milk - 1 cup
!. Water - 1+3/4 cup
!. Oats - 1/2 cup
!. Sevaiyya (semiya) - a handful
!. Sugar -as per taste preference
!. Ghee to fry
!. Dry fruits - dry grapes, cashew nuts, almonds, crushed cardamom

Steps:

1. Mix water and milk - let it heat
2. Add oats and sevaiyya - let it cook in the milk and water
3. Add sugar into it.
4. Add crushed cardamom, dry grapes and let it cook in slow flame.
5. Meanwhile heat ghee and slightly fry the cashew and almonds and add it to the cooking kheer.

Once cooked, serve hot!

One can also add kesar if available.
