Ingredients:
Wheat flour, fresh methi leaves or kasuri methi, salt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, pepper powder, garam masala and ajwain.
Knead with warm water and curd to make softer teplas.
Prepare the teplas on tawa by brushing oil on both the sides.
Serve with plain curd or raita and pickles.
