sweet corn

This is for all the sweet corn lovers.....

I tried this dish in-order to use as a stuffing for my dosa, but it turned out so well that we ate it like a snack as well.... It was far more tastier than a cup of sweet corns that we buy outside in stalls.

Steps:

* Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds
* Add chopped big onions, curry leaves and once half done add ginger garlic paste
* Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well
* Add chopped capsicum and tomatoes
* Meanwhile boil the sweet corn in water along with a pinch of salt till its half done
* Add the boiled sweet corn into the pan, add enough salt and let it cook for 5 mins
* Add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and turn off the burner
