Cucumber Thalipeet


  • Grate 2 cucumbers (2 small or 1 big) . Add 4 big spoons of wheat flour, 2 spoons besan, 1 tsp ajwain, dhanya powder, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, green chillies and coriander leaves (both chopped)
  • Mix all the ingredients together with little
    water to form a slightly loose batter than the bhajji mix
  • Heat the tawa, add oil and spread the batter to form a thin circular shape using wet hands as shown in the video. 
  • Add oil on the sides and cook both the sides till slightly crispy brown 
  • Repeat the same for all Thalipeet and serve with curd and green chutney 
  • This can also be made with bottle gourd or just small pieces of onions
