This sprouts curry is of soaked and sprouted green gram, which tastes good with roti as
well as pav (bread).
Instructions:
- Chop onions, tomato and green chillies.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and when it splits add the chopped onions and chillies mix well and also add ginger garlic paste.
- Mix and after few minutes add tomato and all the masala (turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, kala goda masala / garam masala, salt and also little sugar if you want it to be sweet).
- Mix well and now add the sprouted green gram. Add little water if necessary and let it cook.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves in the end.
