
Marinate:
Lime juice + salt + washed and cleaned fish pieces = allow 10 minutes
Mix thick stained curd + ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala and very little amt of salt as its already added with lime juice.
Pour this mixture of curd on the fish with lime and mix well so that it covers all the sides.
Marinate in fridge for minimum 2 hrs. I kept it overnight.
Remove it from fridge atleast half an hour before cooking.
Heat tawa, add little oil and shallow fry the marinated fish on all sides. While turning the sides apply butter so that it spreads on all sides and gives good flavour.
Serve with chopped onion rings and mayonnaise (my fav combo).
