Cucumber – 1, grated (drain the juice if you wish but I like
to keep it)
Finely chopped tomato – 1
Yogurt – ½ cup
Peanut powder – 3 tbsp. or as per preference
Finely chopped green chilies / red chili powder
Salt
Pinch of sugar
Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
** In a salad bowl, mix the above ingredients, mix well and
serve fresh or refrigerate if you like it cold
