Pumpkin Raita


Ingredients:

Red Pumpkin – 1 cup, cubed and boiled
Green Chilies – finely chopped
Chopped Coriander leaves
Coarse Groundnut powder
Salt
A Pinch of Sugar
Curd – ½ cup

For Tempering: -  Oil, Hing, Mustard seeds and Turmeric powder

Instructions:

·         Add boiled pumpkin, chilies, coriander leaves, groundnut powder, salt and sugar to a bowl and mix it with curd
·         Heat oil in a tadka pan, add hing, mustard seeds and turmeric powder

·         When the mustard splitters add the oil to the raita bowl
