Ice cream Mousse


I made this when I had purchased Shot Glasses. I already had few cups of Ice creams and I ended up making this yummy and colorful dessert. This is how I made it.
  • ·         Filled the Shot glass with a tbsp Chocolateflavoured Ice cream
  • ·         On top of it I filled Back Currant flavoured Ice cream
  • ·         Poured Chocolate syrup on the top of the glass and sprinkled pieces of Dry fruits like Almond, Cashew nuts and Dry grapes
  • ·         While I was doing this, the ice cream melted and the chocolate syrup went inside the blue currant ice cream layer, so I kept the prepared shot glassess inside the Freezer for ½ hour
  • ·         Serve freezing cold as dessert. Children and guests will love it.
