Bera Chutney


Ingredients:


Bera (dried dal vadi) – a handful
Chopped Garlic cloves – 5 to 6
Chopped Onion – ½
Salt

Instructions:

  • ·         In a small pan heat 1 tbsp oil, roast the beras till slightly brown on all sides
  • ·         Transfer it to the mixer jar along with chopped garlic, onion and salt
  • ·         Coarse grind and serve as side dish / Chutney
