Ingredients:
Radish leaves – 3 radish’s leafs, washed and chopped
Onion – chopped, 1 medium size
Tomato – chopped, 1 medium size
Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Chili powder and salt
Oil
Mustard and cumin seeds
Besan/kadala maavu/gram flour
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a wok, add mustard and cumin seeds
- When it splitters add chopped onion – sauté
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and salt
- Add tomatoes – mix well
- Add chopped radish leaves, mix well and cook in low flame till its done
- Later add 2-3 tbs besan, and keep stirring till its mixed and cooked along
- Add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the burner
