Radish Leaf Junka


Ingredients:

Radish leaves – 3 radish’s leafs, washed and chopped
Onion – chopped, 1 medium size
Tomato – chopped, 1 medium size
Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Chili powder and salt
Oil
Mustard and cumin seeds
Besan/kadala maavu/gram flour

Instructions:


  • Heat oil in a wok, add mustard and cumin seeds
  • When it splitters add chopped onion – sauté 
  • Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and salt
  • Add tomatoes – mix well
  • Add chopped radish leaves, mix well and cook in low flame till its done
  • Later add 2-3 tbs besan, and keep stirring till its mixed and cooked along 
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the burner
