Egg Burji / Anda Burji

Ingredients:

4 Eggs - beat them all together with salt and pepper
Onion - medium, chopped
Green chilies - chopped
Oil
Mustard seeds
Tomato Sauce
Coriander leaves - chopped
Turmeric powder, Chili powder / Pepper powder, salt

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds
  • when they splitter add chopped onion and green chilies - saute 
  • Add tomato sauce according to your preference, for the tangy taste
  • Then add turmeric powder, chili powder and salt (there is salt already added in the egg, so be carefull) -  mix well
  • Add beaten eggs, maximise the flame and stir continously so that it doesnt get burnt at the bottom and is cooked well overall
  • Cook till its not wet or liquidy anymore
  • Before turning off the burner, add chopped coriander leaves, mix well ** Serve with Pav (bread) or hot roti/chapati
