- Beat 4 eggs nicely with Salt and Pepper powder - Keep aside
- Take a slice of Bread, Cut into 4 pieces or many small pieces, as per your wish - keep aside
- Heat little oil in a Frying Pan, Add half of the beaten eggs and quickly place the bread pieces on the slowly becoming omlete, in minimum flame
- Season it with Mixed Herbs and again pour the rest of the beaten eggs on the bread pieces so that its covered well
- Again season more of Mixed Herbs on the top and turn the Omlete
- Once both the sides are done, cut into pieces and Serve or relish the whole Omlete yourself. It is a quick and satisfactory breakfast for egg lovers
