Instructions
-
Heat oil in a pan, add Mustard and Cumin seeds and when it
crackles add chopped Onion, Curry leaves, hing

After few mins add garlic and capsicum – sauté
-
When its cooked, add all the masalas ingredients and salt –
mix well

Add cooked Channa and Sweet Corn - mix well

Add cooked Rice and stir fry
-
Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
