Channa Fried Rice


Ingredients

Black Channa – Soaked and cooked
Sweet Corn – handful (steamed already)
Onion – chopped
Capsicum – chopped
Garlic cloves – 2, chopped
Curry leaves
Hing
Mustard and Cumin seeds
Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Salt and Chili powder
Coriander leaves – chopped
Cooked Rice

Instructions

-          Heat oil in a pan, add Mustard and Cumin seeds and when it crackles add chopped Onion, Curry leaves, hing
-          After few mins add garlic and capsicum – sauté
-          When its cooked, add all the masalas ingredients and salt – mix well
-          Add cooked Channa and Sweet Corn - mix well
-          Add cooked Rice and stir fry

-          Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
