Broccoli Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Broccoli – 200gms
Onion – 1
Garlic cloves – 4 or 5
Vinegar
Soya sauce
Green Chili Sauce
Salt and Pepper Powder
Steamed Rice

Instructions:

·         Heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds and also few cumin seeds
·         Add chopped onion and garlic – sauté for few mins
·         Add small broccoli florets – sauté
·         Initially it will leave water while its cooking but later when the water is completely evaporated add salt, Vinegar, Soya sauce and Green Chili Sauce
·         Mix well and after few mins of stirring add steamed rice
·         Mix and fry the ingredients on high flame for few minutes, add Pepper powder - mix well and serve hot

·         It’s a quick fix lunch recipe which everyone will like
