Broccoli Special Veg Spaghetti / Noodles

Ingredients:

Cooked Spaghetti
Broccoli florets
Baby Potatoes – par boiled
Cherry Tomatoes – cut into half
Sliced Onion
Chopped garlic cloves
Sliced Capsicum
Chopped green chilies
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Salt and Pepper powder
 1 tsp each of Green Chili sauce and Vinegar and
1 tbsp soya sauce

Instructions:

* First of all cook spaghetti in boiling water with little salt and few drops of olive oil (cooking time depends upon the type of spaghetti)
* When cooked drain water completely, wash it twice with cold running water and keep aside in a wide tray
* Meanwhile heat Olive oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, broccoli florets – sauté for few mins till half done
* Add Boiled baby potatoes, sliced onion, garlic, green chilies and capsicum – sauté well with salt and pepper powder
* When its all fried nicely add cherry tomatoes in the end, sauté for few mins and then add Vinegar and all sauces – mix well and immediately add the cooked spaghetti
*Stir fry all ingredients together for few mins, adjust taste – serve steaming saucy hot
