Mushroom and Broccoli Stir fry

Ingredients:

1 packet of Button Mushroom – cubed into pieces
250 gms Broccoli – cut into small florets
Olive oil
2 Big Onions – sliced
Garlic cloves – 5 to 6 (chopped into tiny pieces)
Salt, Pepper powder
Vinegar – ½  tsp
Green Chili Sauce – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Corn flour

Instructions:

* Heat Olive oil in a frying pan and add the broccoli florets first – stir fry in medium flame until its almost cooked and crisp
* Add Chopped Onions and garlic along and keep stirring until its fried brown
* Add Mushrooms now, Salt, Pepper powder – sauté
* Mushrooms leave water so now keep it in high flame so that moisture evaporates soon and doesn’t make it mushy
* Then add the Vinegar, Green chili sauce and soya sauce – sauté
* If you want a little soupy consistency mix 1 tbsp corn flour with water without any lumps and add it to the stir fry
* Adjust taste and turn it off when both broccoli and mushroom are cooked to the extend you need it
* Serve hot with Chapati / Parantha or Fried Rice or Noodles
