Tawa Fried Chicken


Ingredients:

Small Boneless Chicken Pieces – 250 gms
Chopped Onion
Chopped Spring onion (keep greens aside)
Ginger-garlic paste
Chopped Capsicum
Olive Oil, Mustard seeds
Curd, Ginger-garlic paste and Chili powder - marinade
Salt to taste

**** Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces in the prepared marinade for atleast ½ hour

Instructions:

·         Heat oil in a Frying pan/tawa, add mustard seeds and when it splitters add chopped onion, spring onion without greens and little ginger-garlic paste – sauté
·         Add Chopped Capsicum – sauté for few mins and then add the marinated chicken pieces – Fry well on all sides in medium flame. Cover the pan till the chicken is cooked.
·         Atlast add the spring onion greens also and stir fry the ingredients for few mins

·         Serve hot with Pulka roti / Parantha
