Spring onion (keep greens aside)

Ginger-garlic paste and Chili powder - marinade

**** Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces in the prepared marinade for atleast ½ hour
Instructions:

Heat oil in a Frying pan/tawa, add mustard seeds and when it
splitters add chopped onion, spring onion without greens and little ginger-garlic
paste – sauté
·
Add Chopped Capsicum – sauté for few mins and then add the
marinated chicken pieces – Fry well on all sides in medium flame. Cover the pan
till the chicken is cooked.

Atlast add the spring onion greens also and stir fry the
ingredients for few mins
·
Serve hot with Pulka roti / Parantha
