Mustard seeds, Chopped coriander leaves, half lemon juice
Instructions:
- · Heat oil in a Kadai, add mustard seeds and when they splitter add chopped onion, gg paste – sauté well
- · When raw smell vanishes add chopped tomato and when they mashes add all the masalas, mix well and then add dry coconut scrapings
- · Mix it all well with the cubed vegetables and salt
- · Fry along with the vegetables for a while
- · Then add water to it and cook covered in medium flame till the veggies are cooked
- · Atlast add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice before serving
