gm Paneer – cubed and fried until slightly brown

Steps:
v Heat oil in a Kadai, add
Mustard and Cumin seeds, when they splitter add chopped green chilies, curry
leaves – stir 2 mins and then add sliced onion
v When the onion is slightly
brown add garlic and ginger – let it cook well in medium flame until the raw
smell vanishes – around 10mins
v Now add Capsicum – stir fry
for few mins
v Add sliced tomatoes – stir
cook till they are almost done
v Add Turmeric powder, Chili
powder, Coriander powder and Salt – cook for few mins, if needed add little
water
v Once its nicely done add the
Kitchen King Masala, mix well and add Fried Paneer pieces, chopped coriander
leaves – mix well and serve hot
