Kadai Paneer 2

Ingredients:

250 gm Paneer – cubed and fried until slightly brown
2-3 big sized Onion – thinly sliced lengthwise
2 Tomatoes – thinly sliced lengthwise
1 small sized Capsicum – sliced lengthwise
2 Green Chilies - chopped
5-6 Garlic cloves – crushed/paste
1 inch piece Ginger – crushed /paste
Few Curry leaves – optional
Kasuri methi – optional
Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Kitchen King masala and Salt
Chopped Coriander leaves

Steps:

v  Heat oil in a Kadai, add Mustard and Cumin seeds, when they splitter add chopped green chilies, curry leaves – stir 2 mins and then add sliced onion
v  When the onion is slightly brown add garlic and ginger – let it cook well in medium flame until the raw smell vanishes – around 10mins
v  Now add Capsicum – stir fry for few mins
v  Add sliced tomatoes – stir cook till they are almost done
v  Add Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder and Salt – cook for few mins, if needed add little water

v  Once its nicely done add the Kitchen King Masala, mix well and add Fried Paneer pieces, chopped coriander leaves – mix well and serve hot
