Peela Paneer gravy

Ingredients:

Shallow Fried Paneer Pieces
Yellow Pumpkin (kadhu)
Bottle gourd (Lauki )
Onion (small sized)
Green Chilies
Coriander powder
Garam masala

Preparation:
  • -          Heat oil in a pan, add few mustard seeds, chopped onion, green chilies and sauté for few mins
  • -          Then add equal quantity of chopped Pumpkin and Lauki, sauté well
  • -          Add salt and turmeric powder, add little water and cover it so that the vegetables get cooked well
  • -          Once cooked, let it cool and then make puree of it in a blender
  • -          Now heat oil in a kadai, add very less ginger-garlic paste, after few mins add the puree
  • -          Let it boil for atleast 5 mins after adding ½ tbsp Coriander powder and Garam masala
  • -          Now add the shallow fried Paneer and turn off the burner in next 2 mins
  • -          Serve hot with Poori or Parantha
