Preparation:
- - Heat oil in a pan, add few mustard seeds, chopped onion, green chilies and sauté for few mins
- - Then add equal quantity of chopped Pumpkin and Lauki, sauté well
- - Add salt and turmeric powder, add little water and cover it so that the vegetables get cooked well
- - Once cooked, let it cool and then make puree of it in a blender
- - Now heat oil in a kadai, add very less ginger-garlic paste, after few mins add the puree
- - Let it boil for atleast 5 mins after adding ½ tbsp Coriander powder and Garam masala
- - Now add the shallow fried Paneer and turn off the burner in next 2 mins
- - Serve hot with Poori or Parantha
