Preparation:
- - Heat oil in a small sauce pan, add mustard and cumin seeds
- - Add chopped onion, green chilies and sauté
- - Add chopped lauki and sauté well till it’s almost cooked with salt to taste
- - When the lauki is nicely cooked, add coarsely grounded peanut powder and mix well
- - After few mins add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the burner
- - It tastes good with roti and also can be served as side dish with rice and sambar/gravy
- - If add with yogurt it’s also served as Raita
