Egg Tukda Masala

Ingredients:

Boiled eggs – chopped into small pieces
Chopped Onion
Chopped tomato
Green chilies
Fresh Methi leaves / Kasuri methi
Turmeric powder, Salt,Chili powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder and Garam masala
Chopped Coriander leaves

Preparation:

-          Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds
-          Add Chopped onion, green chilies, methi leaves and tomato – sauté well
-          Add Turmeric powder, Salt,Chili powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder and Garam masala
-          Mix well and then add chopped boiled eggs – sauté well until the masalas blend well with egg pieces
-          Add chopped coriander leaves and serve with roti/rice

-          If you squeeze half a lemon juice to the dish before serving (while it is piping hot), it will taste even better
