Beetroot-Capsicum Stir Fry


Ingredients:

1small sized Grated Beetroot
1 small sized Sliced Onion
½ Chopped Capsicum
Ginger-garlic paste
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Salt
Oil, mustard, cumin seeds – to temper

Steps:

  • -          Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds, when crackles add chopped onions, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste – sauté till raw smell vanishes
  • -          Add the turmeric powder, chili powder, salt and sauté well in high flame for few minutes
  • -          The tasty n healthy stir fry is ready
  • -          Eat with soft chapattis, you will love it
