Ingredients:

small sized Sliced Onion

Chopped Capsicum
Ginger-garlic
paste
Turmeric
powder
Chili
powder
Salt
Oil,
mustard, cumin seeds – to temper
Steps:
- - Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds, when crackles add chopped onions, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste – sauté till raw smell vanishes
- - Add the turmeric powder, chili powder, salt and sauté well in high flame for few minutes
- - The tasty n healthy stir fry is ready
