Ingredients:
Thick
Rava (Sooji)
Chili
powder
Fish
masala / Tandoori or chicken 65 masala
Haldi
(turmeric powder)
Salt
Lemon
juice
Oil
Instructions:

Clean and Wash the fish, apply mixture of salt and lemon juice all over
the fish and keep it aside for 10 minutes

Meanwhile mix all remaining ingredients with very little salt
as salt is already applied on the fish

Add the sooji mixture on the fish pieces to cover all sides
except the inside of the fish

Heat a non-stick frying pan in medium flame, add 2-3 tbsp oil and once hot, place the fish pieces and
let it shallow fry all sides equally

The rava coating should become crispy but take care not to
burn it
