Bangada / Mackerel Rava fry

Ingredients:

Thick Rava (Sooji)
Chili powder
Fish masala / Tandoori or chicken 65 masala
Haldi (turmeric powder)
Salt
Lemon juice
Oil

Instructions:

-          Clean and Wash the fish,  apply mixture of salt and lemon juice all over the fish and keep it aside for 10 minutes
-          Meanwhile mix all remaining ingredients with very little salt as salt is already applied on the fish
-          Add the sooji mixture on the fish pieces to cover all sides except the inside of the fish
-          Heat a non-stick frying pan in medium flame, add 2-3 tbsp oil and once hot, place the fish pieces and let it shallow fry all sides equally

-          The rava coating should become crispy but take care not to burn it
