Palak Mushroom


Ingredients:
Palak – 1 bunch (chopped)
Mushroom – cubed
1 Onion , 3 green chilies, 3 curry leaves, 4 garlic – make coarse paste
Tomato – 1 medium sized, chopped into tiny pieces / pureed
Haldi, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Kala masala and salt

Steps:
v  Heat oil, add mustard and when it splitters add the onion paste
v  Sauté for few minutes and add the mushroom pieces and all the masala ingredients
v  Saute and cook for few minutes, add the palak as well and mix well
v  Close the lid and cook with water on the lid. Doing this will prevent from the contents from being burnt. Anyways the palak will leave water so it wont burn but still I kept water on lid.
v  Check in between and stir the contents till they are cooked and also the water is evaporated.

v  Serve hot with roti/chapati
