Sprouted Moong Salad



Ingredients:

Moong dal sprouts – 1 cup
Onion, tomato, coriander leaves, pudina leaves(mint).
For tempering : Oil, mustard and cumin seeds.

Steps:
Ø  Heat oil, mustard and cumin seeds
Ø  When they splitters add the moong sprouts, salt and little chili powder
Ø  Toss it for a while and turn off the burner
Ø  Add it to a serving salad bowl, garnish with slices of onion, tomatoes and chopped coriander  and pudina leaves

Ø  Sprinkle little lemon juice and serve
