Homemade Tandoori chicken


Ingredients:
Chicken – half kg with bones but without skin
Tandoori masala
Butter / oil

Steps:
§  Mix the tandoori masala in water to make paste or the marinade
§  Add the chicken pieces, cover all the sides and keep it aside to marinate for at least half an hour to one hour.
§  Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and arrange the marinated chicken pieces on it
§  Pre heat the otg at 250 degrees for ten minutes and then place the tray inside
§  After 10 minutes remove the tray, toss the chicken, grease it with little oil or butter and keep it in again
§  Make sure all sides are cooked well before removing it off the otg
§  If you prefer the chicken to be very soft and not raw, you also boil the chicken for few minutes before you marinate it

§  Once taken out squeeze lime juice on it and serve along with salads and mint chutney. Tastes awesome.
