Carrot Tomato Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

Grated Carrot
Chopped Tomato
Salt
Chilli powder / pepper powder
Cheese
Coriander leaves
Sandwich spread / Mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Take 2 slices of bread, spread the sandwich spread or mayonnaise on the both the slices on one side.
  • Place the grated carrot mixed with Salt, chilli powder or pepper powder. Can also add chopped tomato and coriander leaves to the mixture
  • Place cheese pieces on the slice of bread (I dont use much of cheese so i limited the quantity but if you like more of cheese you can add more)
  • Place the other slice on the bread with the mixture to make a sandwich and then heat or grill it on a sandwich maker
