Moong Dal Vade ki Sabji

Moong dal vada are already prepared and stored at home.
Refer the recipe for preparing moong dal vada at home....
But it can also be found in super markets...

Steps:

  1. Cut onion into fine slices
  2. Crush 4-5 garlic 
  3. Heat oil in pan and fry the moong dal vada in it (required quantity)
  4. Keep them aside and in same pan add mustard and cumin seeds. when they splitters add crushed garlic, toss well and add chopped onions.
  5. When onions are cooked add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala.
  6. Saute well and add hot water to it and let it cook well for 10 mins
  7. Check and add more water if necessary cook again till its done
Serve with hot roti / Phulka
