Steps:
- Cut onion into fine slices
- Crush 4-5 garlic
- Heat oil in pan and fry the moong dal vada in it (required quantity)
- Keep them aside and in same pan add mustard and cumin seeds. when they splitters add crushed garlic, toss well and add chopped onions.
- When onions are cooked add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala.
- Saute well and add hot water to it and let it cook well for 10 mins
- Check and add more water if necessary cook again till its done
Serve with hot roti / Phulka
