Sheena's Chicken

This Saturday we were invited home by one of my Best Friend - Sheena who prepared this Chicken dish for us and it tasted so yummy. I immediately told her "this recipe is going online tomorrow the same way you prepared it".

Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/2 Kg
Onions - 4 to 5
Tomato - 1
Curd - 10g
Ginger garlic paste
Coriander and Mint leaves - small bunch each
Amchoor powder
Parampara Chicken gravy mix (exactly as she used)
Salt

Steps:
  1. Wash, Chop coriander and mint leaves - make paste in mixer along with ginger garlic paste
  2. Wash the chicken and add the paste of leaves and ginger garlic paste
  3. Also add curd and Parampara chicken gravy mix and a pinch of Amchoor powder to the chicken, mix well and marinate it for half an hour
  4. Make puree of 4 big onions and 1 small tomato as well
  5. Heat oil in pressure cooker, temper with mustard and cumin seeds, add the onion and tomato puree along with a small teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
  6. Saute well and add the marinated chicken to it
  7. Add salt and cover the cooker with lid - pressure cook until 3-4 whistles
  8. Turn off the burner, let the steam recede and Serve hot with roti and rice
