Ingredients:
Red Pumpkin - cubed
Grated dry coconut
Tamarind
Pinch of Sugar
For masala:
Chopped onion
Green chilis
Ginger garlic paste
Kas-kas
Fried Groundnuts
Steps:

Steps:
- Make a paste of all the masala ingredients and keep it aside.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds and red chilis.
- Add the masala paste to the oil and saute well.
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, salt and kala ghoda masala.
- Also add grated dry coconut, mix well and add the cubed pumpkin.
- Add water and let it cook.
- Once half done, add tamarind water to it and mix well.
- Add a pinch of sugar and let the pumpkin cook well
- Once done turn off the burner and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
