Cabbage Parantha

Ingredients:
Cabbage - 1/2 of medium sized cabbage
Green Chili - 2 or 3
Coriander leaves - chopped
Chili powder
Pepper powder
Ginger garlic paste
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Garam Masala
Salt

Steps:

  • Cut the cabbage into 2 pieces and put it in food processor along with green chilies and coriander leaves.
  • Chop it into small pieces.
  • Into the same processor bowl add wheat flour and required amount of rest all ingredients.
  • Add little water and run the processor by adding little by little water, so make dough.
  • When its kneaded well also add oil and run the processor for few seconds to mix it well.
  • Now that the dough is ready, remove it from the processor and make golas/balls.
  • Dusting it with dry wheat flour roll it into round shapes
  • Cook the same way as any other parantha by applying oil on both the sides in medium flame so that it doesnt get burnt.
  • Serve with Curd mixed with salt, chat masala and cumin powder(my fav combination) or else with pickles.
