Chicken Mattar Masala

Yes... You read it right, its not Butter but Mattar Masala.

Ingredients:
Grilled boneless chicken - 1/4 kg

Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste
Soaked Green Peas
Leftover marinade from Grilled boneless chicken
Chicken Masala - 2 tbsp
Chili powder
Coriander powder - 1 tspn
Cumin powder - 1 pinch
Turmeric powder
Salt

Steps:
  1. Heat Kadai, add Mustard and Cumin seeds
  2. When it splitters add onion and ginger garlic paste, saute well
  3. Add the green peas and tomato along with all masalas and salt
  4. Let it cook for few minutes
  5. Add the grilled chicken into it along with its marinade.
  6. Mix well and adjust masalas as per taste.
  7. Let it cook well in medium flame till green peas and chicken are well cooked.
  8. Garnish with Coriander leaves. (Can also add potato to this recipe)
