Heat little oil and fry them. When they are little brownish in color remove them to a mixer jar. Add the mint leaves and toss them in the remaining oil till the time they are not raw anymore.
Add them to the
mixer jar as well. Then add needed quantity salt, red chilis, grated
coconut(little amount) and a piece of tamarind. Add little water and grind it
in the mixer till it becomes a smooth chutney.
This Mint chutney
or Green chutney can be had as a side dish for idli, dosa, samosa, bajji,
bonda, etc and also as a spread while making Sandwich, Frankie, Rolls, Burger
etc.,
