Ingredients:
- Blanched Tomatoes - 3 medium sized
- Dry Red Chilies - as per spice preference
- Garlic cloves - 3 to 4
- Ginger piece- 1 inch
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp / as per taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat 1 cup of water in a small vessel and blanch tomatoes and dry red chilies
- Remove skin of the tomatoes and add it to the mixer jar along with red chilies, garlic, ginger, Vinegar, soya sauce,salt and sugar
- Blend it to a smooth paste,check and adjust the taste
- Best side dish for veg/chicken momos
- It only stays good for a day in the fridge
- Freeze it if you want to keep for longer
